Yoga 

Felicitas teaches since October 2017 at Yogakula Vienna https://yogakula.at/ Hatha Yoga these following different Levels: Basic, Gentle Flow, Vinyasa Flow 1 &2 in Groups and Private sessions, breathing meditation und Restorative Yoga for deep relaxation.

She received her Teacher Training with the international and renowned YogaWorks education program. YogaWorks Teacher Trainings are 5-Star Yoga Alliance rated and recognized as one of the best yoga teacher training programs around the world. https://www.yogaworks.com Her trainer was Anna Zorzou http://annazorzou.com/

Felicitas also trained with Maria Soemardi, http://www.mariasoemardi.com/, and Joey Robinson http://www.joey-yoga.com/ und Malika Fankha in Vienna.

Pilates

In Addition, Felicitas teaches Pilates Joseph Hubert Pilates. Pilates is a systematic full-body workout to strengthen the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles.

About me

My passion to work with Yoga & Pilates

My passion to work with the body in different ways started very early. Over several years I used and trained within different sports – Aikido, Boxing, Fencing, Dance (Modern, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop), Yoga, Pilates, Weight Lifting.

I am always eager to learn different Training Methods, because I believe diversity and variety of training methods keep the body and mind fresh and interested and capable for different tasks in our daily life.

2006 I finished my Dance Education in Contemporary and Classic Dance, where I learned a lot about injuries and protection of joints.

2011 I graduated as Bachelor from Acting University. During my education we were trained in Feldenkrais and in der Progressive Muscle Relaxation.

2011 I started my Pilates education on the mat and with machines. In my 7 years of working full time at the theatre I educated myself a lot about Acupressure points to release tension in muscles.

My love for yoga started in 2011 and still grows with every step. A holistic approach towards the body and mind with a lot of fun is very important to me.

Yoga – Work – Out
Ausbilden von Kraft, Beweglichkeit und Körpergefühl durch Yoga Positionen (Asanas). Power und Freude den eigenen Körper zu bewegen und besser kennen zulernen stehen im Vordergrund.

Yoga – Work – IN
Steigern vom persönlichen Wohlbefinden durch Meditation, verschiedene Atem- und Entspannungstechniken, Förderung vom Selbstbewusstsein durch spezifische und individuelle Sequenzen.

Eine eigene konstante Yogapraxis fördert Achtsamkeit für den eigenen Körper und Geist, die Konzentrationsfähigkeit und Ausgeglichenheit werden gestärkt.

In einer von Medien reizüberflutenden Welt ist es heilsam für die eigene Gesundheit sich immer wieder zu zentrieren und auf den eigenen Körper und Emotionen zu besinnen. Yoga bietet diesen sicheren Raum.

Wenn Du mit Deinen Freunden, Mitarbeitern eine neue eigene Klasse haben willst, komme ich gerne zu Deinem Arbeitsplatz, kann Dir aber auch einen eigenen Raum bieten. Ich stelle gezielt nach den Bedürfnissen Deiner Gruppe und Wünschen Deiner Freunde/ Mitarbeiter ein Yogaprogramm auf.
